1. Digital Product Refunds

If you experience technical issues, please contact us first at support@touchjams.com so we can assist you.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be granted in the following cases:

  • Duplicate Purchase You accidentally purchased more than once.
  • Multiple Charges You were charged multiple times for a single order.
  • Activation Issues You are unable to activate the product key due to verified technical reasons.

3. How to Request a Refund

  • Email your refund request to support@touchjams.com with your order number.
  • Requests must be submitted within 30 days of purchase.

4. Exceptions

  • Refunds are not provided for “change of mind” purchases once software is delivered.
  • Refunds are not guaranteed if you fail to meet system requirements clearly listed on our website.
  • Refunds are not provided if you have Manually Activated your product key.
